"Was living at Savannah, Tennessee when died about 1868. He was a lawyer. He and his first wife had 3 sons - Hal, Dick and Telemack."

This appears to be a tintype copy of the ambrotype original (see Image

He died in 1868.

A large drawing was made from this or the ambrotype and is in the home of David M. Avis of Houston (in 7/2001).
