- 655 - The book "The Thigpen Tribe" by Alice Smith includes the genealogy of the Manwaring and related families. It is too extensive to transcribe. For our purposes, the family of James Thigpen II and Elizabeth Manwaring is found on page 29.
- 656 - "The Baronetage of England" vol. 2 by Kimber and Johnson includes the genealogy of the Manwaring (p. 110) and related families. It is too extensive to transcribe. For our purposes, the family of Sir John Manwaring and Catherine Honford is found on page 114.
