Abstract:

William Kennedy deeds land in Giles County to Lewis B. Marks on 12-19-1856.  The land is on Buchanan's Creek adjoining the north boundary of Marks' property.  Part of this land was bought by Kennedy from Wm. B. Hayes in 1850.
