By order of Nov Ct. 1834 commissioners to Nancy Wilkinson, widow of Charles Wilkinson, her dower in his lands, the home tract and (Smith) tract added together making 229 acres and the third tract which is 76 1/3 acres we allot to her as the house tract beginning at two pines then south 122 poles to the center of 2 red oaks and one black jack then west 110 poles to the center of three maples and three pines then north 122 poles to a pine then east 100 poles to the beginning, the creek tract containing 293 acres, the third of which is 99 1/3 acres beginning at a stake in (Mrs. Abbingtons) line then south 55 east (15) poles then south 21 east 22 poles then with a small branch to Drewry Bryans line then with his line to two white oaks on Fishing Creek then up the meanders of the creek to a pine Mrs. Abbingtons corner then with her other line to beginning, inclucing the dwelling house and houses, orchards, etc. where the decd most generally dwelt before his death, signed Willie Bradley, Silas Weeks, Lundsford Cherry, John B. (Exum), John Laine, Patrick McDowell, D. Bryan, Aaron Johnston, David Lane (X), James Coker, John Edmondson, Britain Howell.
