To any Judge of the District Court, Chief Justice of the Court, ordained minister of the Gospel or Justice of the Peace in and for the County of Cooke, Greetings, You are hereby authorized to celebrate the rights of Matrimony between David Avis and Josaphine Falkner and make due return to the clerk of the county Court of said county within 60 days thereafter certifying your action under this License.
