To any regularly ordained Minister of the Gospel, Judge of the District Court, Justice of the County Court or Justice of the Peace for said County to whom this License shall be presented:  "Greeting"  You are hereby authorized and licensed to celebrate the rites of Matrimony between William Hodge and Miss Mary E. Snedecor, both of said County and a return of the same make to the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of said County within sixty days with your certificate hereon endorsed as the Law directs.
    Given under my hand and Seal of Office at office in the Town of LaGrange 14th January A. D. 1851.
