To any Ordained Minister of the Gospel Judge of District or County Court or any Justice of the Peace
You, or either of you, are hereby authorized to solemnize or join in THE HOLY UNION OF MATRIMONY, 
    John B. Mooring and Laura J. Powledge
in accordance with the Laws of the State, and that you make due return of this, your authority, to my office, within sixty days from date hereof, certifying how you have executed the same.
