Ely F. Ross petitioner

The petition of Ely F. Ross for letters of guardianship of the estate and persons of the minors Oscar G. Ross and Elizabeth B. Ross heirs at large of Samuel T. Ross dec'd having been taken up for the action of the Court and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that legal notice had been given by the Clerk of said application, and no person appearing to contest the same, It is ordered by the Court that Letters of guardianship do issue as prayed for conditioned that the said Ely F. Ross shall within twenty days enter into had in the sum of Five Thousand two hundred dollars conditioned for the faithful performance of his Trust with two or more good and sufficient securities.  Thereupon the said Ely F. Ross appears in Court and enters into hand as required with William R. Norton and Patrick H. Glaze as his securities, which bond having been approved by the Court he took and subscribed the oath prescribed by law.
