Stewart (exec. of Willis Stewart, dec'd) of Jefferson Co., Kentucky sells land to Wm Kennedy of Young Co. for $480.  The 320 acres are in the Peter's Colony (Texas Emigration & Land Co.) and identified as #1114 and is on the south side of the Clear Fork of the Brazos River about 13 miles south of Belknap.
