W. H. Stockdon and Emaline, his wife, William
Rector and Mary A., his wife, Q. M. Hill and
Jane, his wife, and the heirs of Ira D. Broyles,
deceased.

IT APPEARING TO THE COUNTY COURT
of said county that the defendants W. H.
Stockdon and Emaline, his wife, William Rector
and Mary A., his wife, and Q. M. Hill and Jane,
his wife, and the heirs of Ira. D. Broyles, deceas-
ed, are non-residents of the State of Tennessee,
it is therefore ordered by the Court that publica-
tion be made in the Athens Post for four succes-
sive weeks, requiring said defendants to appear
at the next term of the Court, to be held in Cross-
ville, on the first Monday in May, 1863 or the
same will be set for hearing ex parte as to them.
