IT appearing from the Bill that the defendants W. H. Maples and J. C. Maples reside beyond the limits of Tennessee, publication is ordered to be made for four successive weeks in the Athens Post requiring said non-resident defendants to make their personal appearance at next term of said Chancery Court, to be held at the Court House in Madisonville, Tenn., on the first Monday of June 1859, and answer the said Bill filed against them by the above complainants or the same will be taken as confessed and heard ex parte.
