IN this cause it appearing that William M. Pridmore and Alcey E. Pridmore are non-residence of the State of Tennessee, it is ordered that publication be made in the Athens Post for four successive weeks, requiring said non-resident respondents to appear at our next Court of Chancery, to be held for the county of McMinn, at the Court house in the town of Athens, on the 3d Monday of August next, then there to plead, answer or demur to complainants said bill, or the same will be taken for confessed as to them, and heard accordingly.
