Dear Sirs:
I have been given to understand that it is now possible to obtain Campaign medals earned during World War II.
I served in the Marine Corps from 30 December, 1941 to 19 September, 1945. Overseas in Central Pacific Area from 23 February, 1942 to 9 April, 1944.
My serial number was B40866.
I should appreciate it very much if this letter were forward to the proper department.
