Execution levied on tract of William Hodge for his taxes due in 1797 & 1798 on 673 said co., was granted to Thomas Gilbert, adj. Stephen Young, John McDannel, & others. 5 Oct. 1799, exposed to public sale & William Hodge was the highest bidder for $5.
