BILL CHARGES THAT DEFENDANTS, J. C. & W. H. Maples reside in the State of Texas, publication is therefore ordered for four successive weeks in the Athens Post, requiring said non-resident defendants to appear at our next term of the Chancery Court at Madisonville, to be held on the first Monday of December next, at the Court-house in Madisonville, and answer complainants bill, or the same will, as to them, be set for hearing as confessed, and a decree rendered accordingly.
