The following handwritten list was written by Ed Howard (the Wichita Daily Times newspaper editor/publisher). He came to Wichita Falls, Texas in early 1890's and published the Herald and then the Times for decades starting in 1893. So he was presumably a witness to the 'event'.
The list was provided & signed (as authentication) by Rhea Howard, the son of Ed. It may also be archived in the Lester Jones Collection of the Wichita County Archives. [to be confirmed]
